LinkedIn has evolved to the business platform of today, providing the most efficient ways for networking, recruiting, campaigning up to people development, globally. No matter the size of your business or the field, it is possible to meet your match and move your company forward on LinkedIn. In a 4-session interactive, inclusive and informative course, we work our way through LinkedIn fundamentals, a holistic communications and campaigning approach, to specifics of recruiting, providing you with a playbook by the end of our time together which enables you to DIY.
LinkedIn Fundamentals
- Participants: Motivation, tone & intention setting (for what are YOU doing it, what are your expectations) * mindfulness tbd.

- Social Media fundamentals (channels, developments, some interesting statistics, B2B vs. B2C)
- LinkedIn basics (personal profile vs. company profile, set up walkway for profiles that work hand in hand)
LinkedIn Strategy
- Content Marketing Process (basic version, only for LinkedIn)
- Target audience (who)
- Goal setting (why) & metrics / measurement
- Messaging (what, people, product, values …) & formats
- How to: Content creation
- Strategic content planning (from the angle of your target audience vs. company goals)
- Outreach: Groups, Invites, Messages, Reposts, Congresses, Webinars
- Measurement
Digital Ecosystem
- Owned and social media (website, newsletter, other channels → building on Content Marketing Process from Session 2)
- General importance of design, branding, CI/CD (company strategy), imagery, tonality
- PR (media landscape, journos, networking, positioning of spokespeople or CEOs, conferences, crisis communication, etc.)

Format parameters
- Workshop sessions including presentation elements / information transfer as well as interactive elements for more involvement → create at least one interactive element per 30 minutes (ideally 4-5 elements in a session of 90 minutes)
- Optional homework / tasks for participants to deepen their understanding after the session → create a central question that makes them think about their company / goals / values / etc.
- Certificate upon completion as an incentive / for credibility
- Different presenters / workshop hosts ideally
- Materials are sent to the group after each session
Who can participate?
- Professionals in from all backgrounds and industries are welcome
- No previous Social Media knowledge/ experience is required
- The course and all materials will be in English or German (according to preference)
